I'm still supporting Four51 customers, but as an independent resource. I produce Pageflex templates that are integrated into the Four51 software, create products (both static and variable), maintain e-store sites, develop websites (mainly using Joomla CMS and themes), support the Four51 software the best I can without some of the tools I once had. Additionally, I offer web design and building, full service graphic design and photography services. My personal Gear: Dell laptop with Adobe CS3, Quark 7 and Pageflex.

Responsible for answering support cases via NetSuite and maintaining case records. Troubleshoot any software glitches, report any outages and brainstorm business case solutions outside of the normal software service. Maintain proper SLA based on contracts.
Other responsibilities: managed off-site template production, assisted in marketing on some design jobs. I was head of a team that developed a comprehensive knowledgebase tool using Talisma software and was in charge of maintaining that system as it was integrated as the first line of support prior to case submission. Managed some development projects as the liason to customer and Four51 development team.
