Education:
A majority of my skills have been on the job from various work experiences, self teaching by purchasing and experimenting with design software, and just plain trial and error. Formal education is vitally important as well, but I feel my skills are on the same level as many designers with degrees.

Adobe Online Tutorials
Workflow One partnered with Adobe to create online training on the basics of Adobe's Creative Suite of products. While most of the tutorials were review for me, they did offer some new skills and tips.
The tutorials were web-based with 40 minutes of lesson with interactive practics and a multiple choice/practics test at the end of each lesson.
